Anderson Insurance Brokers Becomes a Parent
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Wyomissing, Pa. - In a merger designed to expand its network of carriers and insurance options for clients, Anderson Insurance Brokers has become the new parent company of American Insurance Management. Under the name Anderson Insurance Brokers, the company offers both commercial and personal insurance products to its growing client base.
"We've combined our resources of talented insurance advisors and core competencies to give our clients a full-service agency that now can provide competitive policies for individuals and commercial clients," said Kevin Anderson, managing partner, Anderson Insurance Brokers. "We've already tripled the carriers in our network which makes the options and pricing we can offer much more competitive."
"Because our team highly values the personal relationships with our clients, the clients benefit from quality service as well as knowledgeable recommendations from licensed professionals," added Terence Graul, President, American Insurance Management. "We're excited to become part of Anderson Insurance Brokers. This merger will enable us to offer our clients additional products and services while maintaining the personal relationships and individualized service they have come to expect from us over the past 27 years".
Kevin Anderson will serve as Anderson Insurance Brokers' managing partner. Prior to the merger, Anderson Insurance Brokers, led by Managing Partner/Founder Kevin Anderson with more than 20 years of experience, specialized in commercial services for companies in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montgomery and Schuylkill counties.
Based in Wyomissing, Pa., American Insurance Management predominantly served personal and business property and casualty insurance -- such as automobile, homeowners, property, general liability and workers compensation policies. Since 1980, CEO/Founder Robert Graul and President Terence Graul managed the agency. Terrence Graul will continue in his current role with Anderson Insurance Brokers.
Geared for growth, Anderson Insurance Brokers plans to hire new employees to manage the carriers and new markets it will add to its offerings.
